So this last weekend I was in the Atlanta area and I got a dish that I had gotten once before at the Asian market called H Mart.  The dish is Yukgaejang or Spicy Beef Noodle Soup.  The broth is really rich and flavorful and the contents are shredded beef, baby bok choy, green onions, rice noodles, and bean sprouts.  Oh yeah, lets not forget the chili that was put into the broth that made me sweat the entire time!  Totally worth it!  This dish has to be one of my favorites of all time, right up there with my Nagymama’s Hungarian recipes that my mom makes!  If you are ever in the Atlanta area, visit H Mart at 10820 Abbotts Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30097.  They have about 5 different restaurants inside the store and the prices are excellent!  I think the soup I got was $7.95 and the bowl is more like a bucket.  Good luck finishing that monster if you have a small stomach (I don’t), although that is how all of the dishes are there; piled high and overflowing with goodness.   Also shop around because they have tons of exotic food.

I’m going to be driving out to Arizona here in a few weeks with my family for spring break and I am really excited because I haven’t been back since we moved 9 years ago.  Anyways, I am going to try do do a blog post every other day, but we will see what places I will be going to.  We will be going to many monuments, some Pueblo ruins, the Grand Canyon, an extinct volcano cone, and many places along the way so I should have plenty of content.  I will be visiting friends and family and trying not to die of heat stroke (one of the many reasons we moved), but please be looking for that coming up.  Meanwhile, stay safe and look for my post later this weekend about travel safety and the rising terror crisis.
